Prior to finishing or remodeling your basement, we will check for items which would damage your finished basement: perform foundation repairs, address any water leaks which may enter through the walls and floors of the basement, as well as air leaks which makes for a draftier basement, insulate all pipes, water tank, boiler. If there is a wet crawl space we will address that issue also with crawl space moisture control. Once your basement is waterproof and all air leaks have been sealed, we will move onto remodeling your basement.
